On March 5th, 2019, The Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce welcomed Monroe Film & Photo to the chamber with a ribbon-cutting event at the Zephyr Theatre. The chamber is a non-profit organization that promotes business in the local community and encourages involvement and growth. Monroe Film & Photo became an official photography/videography ambassador in July, beginning with coverage of the 7th Annual Chamber Golf Tournament.
We are excited to be part of The Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce and look forward to serving the St. Croix Valley community!

A beautiful fall wedding day for bad pick lines and secret hand shakes in Hudson, Wisconsin and Lake Elmo, Minnesota. Throw in a heated Packers/Vikings rivalry and you have the perfect team and an amazing couple.

Beautiful September wedding day in Minneapolis, Minnesota for Michael and Crystal. The Millennium Hotel's dome provided the perfect spot not only for the first look, but for the dance during the reception, overlooking Nicollet Mall during the sunset. The Lyndale Park Peace Gardens provided the perfect touch of fall colors, and Bellagala brought the funk to the dance floor.
High school sweethearts Justin and Mackenzie had a beautiful Stillwater ceremony and reception lakeside in Hugo. So many amazing little details to their day, many hand crafted by Justin himself!

We had so much fun being part of Luke and Erin's day in Red Wing, Minnesota. UFO's, late 90's/ early 00's playlist, and a picture perfect barn for a wedding day!

h and Julie were such a chill and fun couple to be around, it was an honor to capture their wedding day! From the emotional first look to the bouquet flying a little higher than expected, this was truly an amazing wedding from beginning to end.

Nina & Stefan have one of the funniest first meetings we have heard during our time in weddings. They met in a parking lot in Houston and immediately hit it off. There was just one little thing that bothered Nina, however: that Stefan’s name was the same as her brother’s!
Needless to say they overcame the name and are truly an amazing couple. Working with them throughout the day you could just see the passion and love in their eyes every time they looked at each other.
Ceremony Venue: St. Mary's Orthodox Cathedral
Reception Venue: Nicollet Island Pavilion
Catering: Mintahoe Catering & Events
Was it “I like your shiny belt” or “Hey, nice belt”? No matter what Ben’s pickup line was, it worked like a charm on Sara during their college days. They both exude confidence and love meeting people and new experiences, which was evident in their eclectic decor and the wide variety of friends that attended. We absolutely loved Sara’s wedding dress with its elegance, and Ben looked like he born to play James Bond.
Ceremony: St. John's University
DJ: Instant Request
Dellwood Barn Weddings is an absolute gorgeous venue and the perfect backdrop for Camille & Daniel. Their ceremony was high atop the fields overlooking the farm, with a cross that they had made for the ceremony representing not only their commitment to themselves, but to God. The suspense was almost too much for Daniel as he waited for Camille and her father to walk up to the ceremony site and down the aisle.
“When you say Tim & Callie, you’ve said it all!”
It would be hard to make a better statement that sums up this amazing couple. Tim and Callie just had so much joy throughout their day, but they also did everything they could to make sure everyone shared in the fun. Grace Trinity Community Church provided an historic touch to the ceremony while Rev. Daniel Vigilante offered great words of wisdom, along with a few well-timed jokes for the couple.
The energy from Kasey throughout the day kept it hard for us to keep up with this amazing couple! It’s easy to see why Ashley has so much fun with Kasey, as the two laughed and danced the entire day.
The couple got ready at the Minneapolis Marriott West hotel on a rainy spring day and had their first look in the hotel lobby. After the ceremony we were off to Excelsior Brewing company for polka music and a beautiful view of Lake Minnetonka.
The Lafayette Club provided a stunning backdrop for the reception, with an amazing dessert spread and plenty of room for Kasey and Ashley to dance the night away.
Kyle and Madison were so nervous before their ceremony! Opting to not see each other before the ceremony, they instead found a corner in Crosswinds church in which they could talk and share their excitement walking down the aisle. Needless to say, Kyle was blown away by Madison as she walked with her dad to say , “I do.”
The Plummer House offered a great backdrop for the bridal party photos, allowing us to play with the historic brick home and enjoy the greenery. Then it was off to the International Event Center to dance the night away.
